It is our responsibility is to post or the book/s ordered and paid for by you to the address provided by you, or to hand the book./s to a reputable courier service for delivery to you, and to make pre-payment for postage/couriers service (whatever you elected and paid for by way of your order), and delivery thereby. The staff at Stormberg Publishers CC will do their utmost to provide a prompt and efficient service, but we are not liable for books lost in the post and/or by couriers, provided we can prove postage or handing over to a reputable courier and pre- payment by postage or delivery by courier by ourselves. Should we not be able to prove that the book has been posted or handed to a courier service for delivery, and that we have pre-paid the postage/courier charges, we shall be obliged to refund your payment. |
